Overview
A practical approach to building a Minimal Viable Product(MVP). Each student will take his/her startup’s idea to build an actual MVP that corresponds to the current startup stage. By the end of the course students will have a solid plan of how to execute MVP and take the startup to the next stage.

Prerequisites
You must already have a startup idea to work on. If possible with some customer insights obtained from the previous classes. An understanding of lean startup methodology will be very beneficial to enjoy the course. No coding or programming skill required.
Methodology
Students are free to work on your startup idea in a group or on your own.
This course is divided into 3 week stages with these key learning outcomes:
Week 1 : Understanding your early adopter
Week 2 : Designing your MVP
Week 3 : Building and presenting your MVP
Each week there will be a series of workshops, class lecture, group assignment, 1-1 session and time for you to build your MVP.
Grading
Natthapong is passionate about building things from scratch and working at the innovation intersection of enterprise and startups. Experienced ex-startup founder and consultant in product development and digital transformation.
As Wework Labs Manager, he mentors startups, small and medium businesses in South East Asia with a focus on growth and expansion. On the other hand he also led business development for corporate innovation opportunities. And as Accredited Mentor Partner, he assesses first time founders for the Startup SG Founder government grant in Singapore. Prior to joining Wework Natthapong co-founded and acted as COO of a logistic technology company Rushbike.

Will I receive a certificate after completion?
Yes. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate signed by the director of the program your course belonged to.
Do I need a visa?
This depends on your case. Please check with the Spanish or Thai consulate in your country of residence about visa requirements. We will do our part to provide you with the necessary documents, such as the Certificate of Enrollment.
Can I get a discount?
Yes. The easiest way to enroll in a course at a discounted price is to register for multiple courses. Registering for multiple courses will reduce the cost per individual course.
